The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) is the largest professional accountancy body in Europe and its qualification, which allows its members to call themselves Chartered Accountants and to use the designatory letters ACA or FCA, is recognised around the world as a prestigious business qualification. The HMRC web site gives access to their latest press releases, self assessment information, leaflets, office locations, FAQs and advice. They are also responsible for collecting and administering Customs and Excise duties and Value Added Tax (VAT).
